With 228 locations stretching from Baltimore to Hartford, ShopRite is the nations largest retailer-owned cooperative in the U.S. In order to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, ShopRite desired a printed piece to distribute to customers beginning September 15-October 15.

Somos (We Are), is a magazine that celebrates the many contributions Latin Americans have made to North American culture. Hispanics are extremely influential in a variety of disciplines. In music, many are recognized by a single name: Celia, Santana, Selena, Shakira. Hispanics have been honored with stars on Hollywood Boulevard and others, like Chang Díaz and Ellen Ochoa, have traveled to space, helping us to better understand the world beyond our planet.

Somos acknowledges the many Hispanics who have enriched our lives in so many fields.
